Crushing &Separating system
Battery disassembly and separation is a key step in the whole battery recycling process. After the battery is disconnected and separated, there are two outputs (lead, plastic PVC/PP). Smelting and refining are mature technologies. The battery separator our company produces has advanced, simple, efficient, low cost characteristics. At the same time, we are for customers who need a complete battery recycling plant and provide EPC services, including all of the above steps.
Introduction of our lead-acid battery Crushing&separating equipment|machine|plant
Battery recycling plant is based on the advanced and reasonable mechanism process that can separate the LEAD and plastic from lead-acid battery. The purity of lead can get 97%.
This process is an ECO-friendly method instead of pollution way that is based on burning and chemical processing.
This battery recycling plant, with working process from inlet of waste battery to recycled LEAD, consists of battery auto-cutter, lead acid bucket, primary crush (intelligent shredder MX800*1100), vibration screen, belt conveyor, secondary crush (battery crusher), washing tank, surge hopper, screw conveyor, gravity separation table (shaking table).
The waste lead-acid battery recycling system is Technology independently developed by our company, through the lead battery breaking and separating,separation acid, lead paste, lead grid, plastic etc..
The battery feeding into the first crushing machine(4 shaft shredder) by conveyor belt, material into the water power sorting system after secondry crushing,
through the principle of different density separated out of plastic and lead grid and lead paste.
The electrolyte in the battery -- the waste acid is derived and recycled into the waste acid treatment system.
The recycling machine line can convert scrap battery into lead and plastic and automatically collect acid water. This way was instead of human dismantling.

Technique Introduction
It is an integrative equipment for lead acid batteries grinding and metal and non-metal separation. At first batteries are grinding and collect acid water by automatic machine. Then scrap batteries go to grinding and separation equipment. Finally metal and plastic can be obtained. Melting system
In this system, we recommend using a rotary furnace with high smelting purity, short smelting cycle and low energy consumption as the main furnace of lead-acid battery roughing. Converter fuel can be coke, natural gas, electricity, etc. We have three recommended converters with different output, 2 tons per furnace, 3 tons per furnace, and 5 tons per furnace with different specifications.
The entire smelting system also includes refining pots, ingot casting machines, and dust removal and purification systems for each furnace body, so that the entire smelting process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free to produce lead ingots with a purity of 95%.
Desulfurization,Purification, Crystallization system This system is to desulfurize and purify the electrolyte and lead mud that flow out during the crushing and sorting process, so as to ensure that no secondary pollution will be caused during the entire lead-acid battery recycling process. At present, customers can rotate whether they need to configure purification and crystallization systems according to their own cost budgets. There are currently two different crystallization methods in the crystallization system to produce two different crystalline sodium sulfide or ammonium sulfide. Of course a desulfurization system is necessary.
The approximate steps are as follows:
A.The lead mud from the battery crushing unit is filtered into lead paste by the crushing filter press and then enters the desulfurization reaction tank for desulfurization reaction with sodium carbonate, and the filtrate after the filter press can be reused. B.Lead paste desulfurization reaction uses desulfurization lead paste cleaning solution or tap water as the reaction medium, adds lead paste from crushing unit, prepares lead mud slurry, and puts into sodium carbonate for desulfurization reaction,After the reaction is completed, it enters a desulfurization filter press for solid-liquid separation to obtain desulfurization lead paste and sodium sulfate solution. The desulfurized lead paste is sent to the desulfurized lead paste processing unit after cleaning, and the cleaning liquid is used as the bottom water of the reaction medium for the desulfurization of the lead paste. C.The sodium sulfate solution is sent to the purification system. After the purification system, sodium hydroxide is added to adjust the pH value and the heavy metals are deposited by adding chemicals. After filtering out the heavy metal filter residues through the filter press, the filter residues are collected by the lower trolley and then transferred to the desulfurization lead paste processing unit, and the filtrate is recycled. Adjust the pH value to neutrality with sulfuric acid, send it to the purification filtrate storage tank, and wait to enter the MVR evaporation and crystallization system. D.Sodium sulfate is obtained after being processed by the MVR evaporation drying packaging system, and the evaporated condensed water is returned to be recycled as lead paste cleaning water, and the sodium sulfate is packaged and sold.
